Police are searching for a crew of robbers who have targeted seven Home Depots in the south metro Atlanta area.
Over the past few months, a man and woman have stolen several power tools and batteries that range between $100 and $300 each.
On Feb. 16, Henry County police said the man escalated the situation by pepper-spraying a loss prevention officer who was trying to stop them from robbing the store on Jonesboro Road in McDonough. They have robbed that store three times, according to Police.
The duo has also robbed Home Depots in Fayetteville, Griffin, Lovejoy, LaGrange, Newnan and Riverdale, totaling nine separate robberies, police said.
