I grew up being a Batman fan, in fact my first Batman movie was the original one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson. That being said I too wanted to be like Bruce Wayne and turn myself into Batman and kick but all throughout Gotham!
The only problem with that is my glasses! I am blind as a bat without them (pun intended) and so our little friend Alycia and I have that in common. Alycia told her parents that she wanted to be Batman for Halloween but the problem is she could not wear them mask.
So that she would not feel different when she walked around in her costume something was made in the form of a "Batgirl doll" in the likeness of Alycia made by Alycia's parent's friend.
According to the mom, the toy was created within a matter of days and her friend plans on making similar dolls for children in hospitals.
