A samosa, samoosa, sambusa, or samboksa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, cheese, minced lamb or minced beef. Pine nuts can also be added.
A little wiki knowledge there, just incase you were wondering what was in a samosa. LOL
Absolutely destroying the current record of 110kg (242lbs), volunteers from charity Muslim Aid UK made the vegetable-filled snack and deep-fried it in a custom-built vat in an East London mosque. It weighed in at 153.1kg (337lbs) and was put together by over 20 people. Once cooked, it was served to homeless people.
Congratulations!!!!!!
