According to TIME, the city manager in Augusta, Maine, says the municipal office building had to be sprayed for bedbugs after a man threw a cup of the pests onto an office counter and about 100 of them scattered off.
So the man who released the bugs at the municipal office first complained about not being able to live in his former place claiming bugs were the reason. He was denied so he decided to see if the people who denied him could work in their environment with his problem!
Savage!
Could you imagine the person at the desk when that man released all those bugs on the counter! LOL
