Meeting Andrew McMahon was such an experience to say the least. He is one of the most down to earth, welcoming artists I have ever met. I honestly think that if we hadn't mentioned that we should go so he can get ready for HIS show, that he would have sat there and talked to us until someone else told him it was time to go.
I remember where I was the first time I heard a Something Corporate song, I know you're wondering too, York, PA on this girl Lauren Donohue's bedroom floor. She just had a baby actually, congrats boo. After that I brought Something Corporate back to Maryland with me to my small town and the rest is history. Sort of. When Andrew McMahon became Jack's Mannequin what do you think my first concert ever was? I was second row bb.
Anyway, meeting one of my favorite musicians was a dream but I was also a bit distracted being a professional (I was internally fangirling) and didn't realize there was a loud fan or something else causing pretty awful background noise.
