JAKE GYELLENHAAL BRAKES SILENCE ON BACKLASH FROM TAYLOR SWIFT'S "ALL TOO WELL"
Jake Gyellenhaal has been the subject of renewed anger from Taylor Swift fans ever since Taylor dropped her 10-minute version of “All Too Well” last year, which is allegedly about their short-lived relationship. Well, now Jake has finally broken his silence on the whole thing.
When asked about the Swiftie fan hatred by “Esquire,” Jake shared, "It has nothing to do with me," adding, "It's about her relationship with her fans. It is her expression. Artists tap into personal experiences for inspiration, and I don't begrudge anyone that."
But he does see an issue with cyberbullying, like he kind he was subjected to. “At some point, I think it’s important when supporters get unruly that we feel a responsibility to have them be civil and not allow for cyberbullying in one’s name,” he says. “That begs for a deeper philosophical question — not about any individual, per se, but a conversation that allows us to examine how we can — or should, even — take responsibility for what we put into the world, our contributions into the world.”
And despite what folks may think, Jake’s life hasn’t been affected by all the backlash, and insists he has not listened to Taylor’s re-recorded version of “Red.” “My life is wonderful," he says. "I have a relationship that is truly wonderful, and I have a family I love so much. And this whole period of time has made me realize that."

KENDALL JENNER'S SUED OVER TEQUILA BRAND
Kendall Jenner's tequila brand "818" is being sued by competitor "Tequila 512" for ripping off the brand's "area code for the name" shtik and for its too similar of a color scheme.
"512" also channels in on Kim Kardashian in the lawsuit, claiming something shady happened when Kim's app, "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood," was promoting Kendall's 818, and for some reason, the 512 bottle was front-and-center on the in-game images.
The lawsuit states, "Either Defendant intentionally used Plaintiff's bottle, hoping to further blur the lines between the two products, or Defendant was itself confused about the difference between the two brands."
"512" wants a judge to halt the production and sales of Jenner's company. They also want the profits the company made from the tequila.

JONAH HILL & HIS LADY JOKE ABOUT ENGAGEMENT RUMORS
Jonah Hill and girlfriend Sarah Brady comically addressed rumors of their engagement on Instagram.
"I'm engaged. But not to my girlfriend." Jonah wrote. "I am engaged to your mom." Hill says, "I know this is shocking but please respect our privacy at this time."
The "Superbad" star put his location to "your mom's house," captioning the message, "Media stop writing fake stuff, it's corny."
Brady had a similar reaction to the engagement rumors and posted to her Insta, "The rumors are not true," adding, "I am engaged. But not to my boyfriend." She clarifies, "I am engaged to Baby Yoda. This may seem like a betrayal, but I have chosen a side."
Brady concludes the joke, "Please respect our privacy at this time."
