Georgia Is One Of The Top States For Internet Trolls!

Internet trolling is when you intentionally post stuff on social media that you KNOW people will get angry about. So then they'll come back at you, and you can mess with them some more.

So have YOU ever trolled someone online? A new study found more of us do it than you might expect.

Someone polled thousands of Americans in all 50 states. And overall, 17% admitted to trolling someone in the past. That's about 1 in 6 people.

They also looked at where those internet trolls live. And it turns out people in some states are more likely to do it . . . or at least admit to it.

#1 in the rankings is West Virginia, where 27% of people admit they've trolled someone before.

The states where you're most likely to be an internet troll are West Virginia, 27% . . . Kansas, 26% . . . Oklahoma, 24% . . . and Maine, North Carolina, and Colorado with 23% each. Florida and Georgia just missed the top five at 22%.

Only 5% of people in Delaware admit to trolling someone in the past. The rest of the bottom five are Hawaii, 6% . . . Connecticut and North Dakota, 7% . . . and a tie between Wyoming and New Mexico at 8%.
