49% Of Gen Z & Millennials Are Stalking Their Ex Or Current Partners Online

If you’ve always felt jealous of celebrities, here’s some good news. If you’ve ever been in a relationship you might have yourself a stalker much like most of Hollywood’s biggest stars have to deal with. Only yours doesn’t hide in a bush outside your house.They’re just creeping on you online.

A new survey has found almost half of Gen Z and Millennials admit to stalking their ex or current partner online. Meanwhile, only 24% of the older generations say they’ve checked on a lover, past or present, without their knowledge of consent.So either they respect their privacy more or they are too embarrassed to ask for our help using ‘bookface’ to connect them to their high school sweetheart.

In case you were wondering what your boo is most likely using to “stalk” you, it’s basically anything and everything on your smartphone. The most common things people admitted to checking on were their partner’s texts, calls, DMs, emails, or photos. There were also 15% who said they’ve reviewed their boo’s search history and 13% who have used their “knowledge of a partner’s password” to check on their accounts.We’ll stop there since you’ve most likely stopped paying attention and are now frantically changing all your passwords.
