- The list is based on new Rover accounts from dog owners new to an area or longtime residents with newly adopted dogs.
- Zillow also looked at cities where dog-friendly rentals and listings with dog-friendly features are on the rise.
- With that in mind, the sites picked Denver, Colorado as the top choice, mostly due to the number of new Rover accounts created.
- It also has a lot of parks, as well as dog-friendly restaurants, and breweries and even a specialty dog bakery.
