Of all the joys of spring and summer, going to a ball game and gorging on beer & food that’s horrible for you is one of the great joys. In the quest to find out who’s tops in ballgame food, Media Feed scoured them all…and came up with the best in signature food offerings throughout Major League Baseball. Here they are in alphabetical order, but we all know Truist Park is the real winner:
1) Atlanta (Truist Park) –Chicken & Waffle Boat
2) Boston (Fenway Park) –Fenway Frank(boiled, grilled, and placed lovingly in a split-top roll, then topped how you like it)
3) Chicago White Sox (Guaranteed Rate Field) –Smothered Fries (with tons of varieties for every taste)
4) Cincinnati (Great American Ballpark) –Candy Cloud Waffle Cone(cotton candy, soft serve ice cream, and sprinkles in a waffle cone)
5) Houston (Minute Maid Park) –BBQ Funnel Cake(exactly what it sounds like, and it’s awesome)
6) Los Angeles (Dodger Stadium) –Esquite(grilled Mexican corn with mayo, chili powder, and cheese sauce – just no cob)
7) Milwaukee (Miller Park) –Bratchos(bratwurst that makes its way atop kettle chips along with kraut, pico, jalapenos, sour cream, nacho cheese, and other kinds of sausage)
8) New York (Yankee Stadium) –Lobel’s Steak Sandwich(not to be missed, with gravy on a brioche bun)
9) Philadelphia (Citizen’s Bank Park) –Cheesesteak(Tony Luke’s does it right, with Cheese Whiz and optional peppers & onions)
10) Pittsburgh (PNC Park) –Manny’s BBQ(serving up pulled pork sandwiches, pierogis, and burgers all game long)
