BRITNEY SPEARS' FATHER PETITIONS COURT TO MAKE HER PAY HIS LEGAL FEES

As we’ve told you, Britney Spears doesn’t want her father Jamie to be in charge of her conservatorship anymore, and while the case is being battled out in court it’s costing quite a bit of money and now Jamie wants his daughter to pay for it.

The “New York Post” reports Jamie has filed legal papers requesting the court order Britney’s estate to shell out over $3 million, $2 million of which is for his own lawyers battling to keep him as Brit’s conservator.

“If approved by the judge, this money would come from Britney’s estate,” the source says, “meaning she essentially would be paying her own father’s lawyers to fight her in court.”

The money Jamie is seeking is for his services from November, 2019 to February, 2021. In addition to his attorney fees, the money breakdown includes $16,000 per month for being her co-conservator, as well as $2,000 per month for an office space.

Needless to say Britney’s people aren’t happy. A source notes, “Britney’s inner circle feels it is an exorbitant amount of money to ask for, especially from someone who is not working at the moment and has stated that she has no plans to resume her career under her father’s control.”

KYLIE JENNER DONATES $500K TO HELP BUILD TEEN CANCER CENTER

Kylie Jenner recently donated $500 thousand, alongside funds from nonprofit organization Teen Cancer America, for a lounge for teen cancer patients at Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

The Tennessee facility offers a variety activities for young cancer patients, including a game and movie room, a mediation area, and more.

“I am so grateful for Kylie's friendship and the impact she's had on my life and my cancer journey,” Harry said in a statement. “She has always been there for me, and together, we wanted to figure out a way to be there for other young people who are battling this disease.”

MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY IS SERIOUS ABOUT POLITICS

Matthew McConaughey has confirmed that politics is in his future. “I have a new chapter for myself…I believe it is in some sort of leadership role,” he shared.

And just in case you were wondering, the Oscar winner is NOT playing. “I’m not teasing the idea or anything. I’m actually trying to look at the idea and give it serious consideration.”

While the initial story was that Matthew wanted to run for the governor of Texas, now he says, “I don’t know what that role is. I don’t know my category. We’ve been talking about the ‘why’ of leadership and even, I would say, we need some more good leaders. And I’m not just talking about me. I’m talking about you out there, everyone out there, we need leadership.”

INVESTIGATORS ARE KEEPING THE CAUSE OF TIGER WOODS' CRASH SECRET?

The L.A. County sheriff says detectives have discovered what caused Tiger Woods to crash his SUV last month . . . but they're NOT going to reveal what it was due to "privacy issues."

Sheriff Alex Villanueva said, quote, "A cause has been determined [and] the investigation has concluded." He said that they've reached out to Tiger's people to see if they'll permit the release of the results.

I wouldn't count on it. Tiger once named his yacht "Privacy" . . . so if HE was at fault, and it sounds like he was to some degree, chances are he'll keep that under wraps. Naturally, the sheriff is facing some backlash from people who say this is preferential treatment because Tiger is a celebrity.

PETA DOESN'T LIKE REBEL WILSON'S NEW DOG SHOW

Rebel Wilson hosts the show, which pits dog-grooming teams against each other for a chance to win $100,000. Their tasks include turning a dog into an entirely different animal, which often involves dyed fur and crazy accessories.

PETA says, quote, "Dogs are smart, loyal individuals . . . they're not here for human amusement, and unfortunately, shows like'Pooch Perfect'can encourage people to restrain their dog and reach for the dye . . .

"Even though doing so runs the risk of causing an allergic reaction that could even be fatal, in addition to stressing the animal."

The show also earned some angry Tweets, including this one: "You can't convince me dogs like being poked, cut, bejeweled, and dressed up like this."
