Tinder Is Going To Start Letting You Run Background Checks!

If Tinder stops being sketchy, is it even Tinder anymore?

The company that runs Tinder . . . and also Match.com, Hinge, OkCupid, and a bunch of other dating sites . . . just announced they're going to start letting users run BACKGROUND CHECKS on their dates.

You'll have to pay for the service, but they haven't said how much. It should be rolling out on Tinder in the next few months.

But . . . will people want to do it?

Believe it or not, 21% of people said they aren't interested in looking up someone's history before a date . . . whether that means something as thorough as a background check, or even something as simple as a Google search.

59% of people say they definitely want to get info on someone before a date, and the rest aren't sure.
