HBO Max is giving “Friends” fans what they’ve been waiting almost 16 years for –a reunion. When the new streaming service launches in May, the unscripted special will be there, along with all 236 episodes.
This will be the first timeJennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer have appeared on screen together since the series ended in 2004. They’ll film the special at the original “Friends” soundstage on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank.
But know that this special didn’t come cheap. Each cast member is reportedly getting at least $2-point-5 million dollars for his or her appearance. Check out the cast picture from Courteney’s page.
