Bumble Pays These “Bees” To Go On Dates Around The World

Ever wish you could travel the world for free and get paid to go on dates? That’s becoming a reality for two women, dubbed Bumble’s first “Global Connector Bees.”Brigette Muller and Juliana “Jules” Broste have been chosen by the women-first social network to visit countries around the world, go on dates, and make friendships and business connections.

The women will document their two-week stays in locations including Australia, Canada, Germany and Japan for Bumble through videos, blog posts, and social media. They’re both actual Bumble users, not influencers with millions of followers or lots of brand sponsorships.

Originally, there was only supposed to be one job, but after meeting Muller and Broste, the company decided to hire them both and they’ll be hitting the road together for the nine-month experience. Along with free travel, the bees will be earning a salary, too. As for the dating part, Muller says, “I’m not viewing this as a dating reality show, it’s more just like, this is my life and I get to document it.”
