You’ve heard of (and hopefully not experienced) ghosting before. BUT, a different kind of situation can also bring a relationship to a sudden end. “Fizzing” can actually be just as painful as ghosting!
So, what exactly is “fizzing?” It’s basically the new term for a breakup that happenswithoutan actual breakup conversation. Everything might be going well, and then slowly, your usual date stops hitting you. They’re fizzing them out, and eventually, you’ll go your separate ways.
Fizzing can be SO confusing. If your new relationship is fizzling out, be direct with your date and ask them what’s going on. You don’t want to be blindsided!
