Common Things Men Lie About On Dating Apps

Let’s face it, some dudes are straight liars in this online dating game!

He’s got a profile pic showing off his fit body in a clean tux and a smile worth a million bucks! And as you scroll, you see that he has no kids, owns his own real estate firm, and is looking for someonejust like youto continue building with.

Sounds amazing, right? Well until you realize a few things are NOT mentioned on this eye candy’s profile. The Good Men Project created this list of common lies for us to be on the lookout for:

  • He weighs a few more pounds than he says he does…- That nice “trimmed” 180-pounds turned into a heavy 250. It still looks good on ‘em, but just let a girl know the real deal!
  • He’s traveled less than he says he has- Your profile says you’ve traveled all across Europe, but you skip that part about your demanding career “not allowing” you to leave the tri-state area. That’s fine, but take those college pics off your profile boo!
  • He’s probably lying about his job- Everyone’s an entrepreneur nowadays, but are you really about that life? The website looks awesome, but that company bank account is almost in the negatives. SMH.
  • He may not be looking for a committed relationship- You love women, we get it. BUT you can’t have me AND Becky. Choose one!
  • He will claim he’s younger (or older) than he really is- Dude...you’re 35, even though you look more like 25. Your baby face always make it easier for you to hit on us 20-year olds.

Just tell the truth...it’ll save you AND me some time.
