A woman captured a video of what appears to be Dobby from Harry Potter running down her driveway this past weekend.
The lady posted the security camera footage on Friday and people online instantly started saying it looked like Dobby. The Dobby looking creature could just be a prank from a really skinny guy wearing a Dobby mask but still it's crazy.
