New chilling details about the moments leading up to Liam Payne's death are coming to light after multiple outlets have obtained the 911 call transcript.

Payne passed away after he fell from his hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and according to TMZ, in the 911 call, staff at the CasaSur Hotel in Palermo where the singer was staying told the emergency service line that they had "a guest who is intoxicated with drugs and alcohol." They added, "When he's conscious, he's breaking everything in the room," asking for authorities to be sent immediately.

The hotel staff asked for "someone to be sent urgently" because they were afraid for Payne's life. They explained, "I don't know if the guest's life is at risk. He's in a room that has a balcony. We're a little afraid that he'll do something that puts him ..."

Photos obtained by TMZ show the inside of Liam's hotel room, featuring a smashed TV with debris on the floor.

Although no official cause of death has been revealed, authorities say that "he had a fracture at the base of the skull, a very serious injury."

Payne was just 31 years old, and is survived by his son Bear, whom he shares with ex Cheryl.
