When it comes to plastic surgery and body modification in Hollywood, many celebrities shy away from admitting if they have plans to go under the knife. Sofía Vergara, however, has no such qualms and even plans to get whatever plastic surgery she wants as gets older.
The 51-year-old Modern Family actress revealed to Allure magazine on Tuesday (May 28) that she plans to utilize plastic surgery as she ages, saying that while there's "nothing wrong" with aging naturally, "it's not the end of the world" if you want to "take advantage of everything that is out there," per Page Six.
"I'm going to do every plastic surgery that I can do when I'm ready," she said, adding that she would have already had some sort of cosmetic procedures if she wasn't so busy working. "I wish I had more downtime — I would've done stuff already. [But] because I'm in front of the camera, it's not like I can do something and then sit in my house recuperating for weeks."
Just because she hasn't had any intensive procedures before doesn't mean she has never altered her appearance, revealing that she enjoys Botox but not fillers.
"I don't believe in filler. I feel filler does good when you're really young and you want a little bit more cheeks or to plump your lips a little bit," she said, adding, "At my age — 51 — I feel it's not going to make you look younger. It is going to make you look more done."
The Griselda star previously told People that she plans to "fight" aging "ever step of the way," admitting that she doesn't think she will "ever be the woman that has the courage to be, like, all-white hair."
