Ricky Martin’s Case Dismissed After Nephew Withdraws Affair & Harassment Claims

Ricky Martin is off the hook. The singer appeared virtually in a Puerto Rican court yesterday to hear that his 21-year-old nephew had withdrawn his affair and harassment claims. The judge in the case then withdrew the temporary restraining order that was put in place against him earlier this month, and the case was dismissed.

“Just as we had anticipated, the temporary protection order was not extended by the Court,” reads a statement from Ricky’s lawyers. “The accuser confirmed to the court that his decision to dismiss the matter was his alone, without any outside influence or pressure, and the accuser confirmed he was satisfied with his legal representation in the matter.”

They add, “This was never anything more than a troubled individual making false allegations with absolutely nothing to substantiate them,” noting, “We are glad that our client saw justice done and can now move forward with his life and his career.”

He adds that he only wishes "the best" to his nephew, calling him "The person that was claiming this nonsense," adding, "I wish he finds the help so he can start a new life filled with love and truth and joy and he doesn't hurt anybody else."

Ricky added that he couldn't want to be back making music, and thanked his fans "who always believed in me."

Kourtney Addresses Son Mason's Alleged Socials

Kourtney Kardashian is setting the record straight about her 12-year-old son’s social media accounts. In case you missed it, her response came after someone on IG claiming to be Mason alleged that Kylie Jenner was set to marry Travis Scott soon.

“After months and months of thinking you would all know that is NOT Mason on these fake accounts, some of you don’t,” Mrs. Travis Barker tweeted. “So I will spell it out clearly: that is NOT Mason on these fake social media accounts talking about our family.”

Kourtney went on to tell news outlets using the fake accounts as a source that they know better. “Stop using it for the benefit of your slow news day please and thank you,” she scolded, adding, “And to the person relentlessly pretending to be Mason, ultra ultra ultra creepy.”

Lady Gaga’s choreographer Richard “Richy” Jackson, who has worked with her since 2011, is being accused of abuse by several of her former backup dancers.

Accusations from five dancers came before Gaga kicked off her “Chromatica Ball" this weekend, with the longtime dancers saying they wouldn’t be on the trek because they felt it was an “unsafe” and “unhealthy” workplace.

“He abused me; he embarrassed me; he made me feel terrible in the workplace, just because he could,” dancer Caroline Diamond, who danced with Gaga at the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show and the “Joanne” tour, recently shared on social media. “Gaga was my dream … I chased it and I got it, and she is the dream, and then you get there, and this man makes your dream a nightmare.”

And the original five aren’t the only ones, with an additional five dancers confirming to "Rolling Stone" Jackson created a toxic work environment.

So far there has been no word from Gaga or Jackson, but “Rolling Stone” says they've learned the singer’s team is seriously looking into the accusations.
