Earlier this week, Ray J alluded that there was more to the story than what Kim Kardashian was letting on about their leaked sex tape. Now, he’s sharing his side.

Brandy’s brother alleges that the “leaked tape” really wasn’t a leak at all. “Once I pitched the idea to [Kim], just playing around a little bit, that's when she jumped on the idea, talked to her mom [Kris Jenner] and it was out of my hands from there,” Ray J said, adding that he and Kim both signed a contract.

For the record, Mr. Princess Love says that there IS an unreleased second tape. However, it’s been in Kim’s possession ever since, which is why he’s “fuming” over the way this is all playing out now. So far, neither Kris nor Kim have commented...

Amber Heard Revealed the First Time Johnny Depp Allegedly Hit Her

Amber Heard took the witness stand yesterday, and detailed the first time Johnny Depp allegedly hit her. It was over one of his tattoos.

Well, Amber testified that when she first saw the tattoo, she couldn't tell what it said, so she asked Johnny. When he told her, she laughed, because she thought he was joking . . . so he SLAPPED her. Then he did it two more times.

She also went into graphic detail about the supposed BODY CAVITY SEARCH Johnny subjected her to when he thought she was hiding his coke.

And she described what it was like in the early days, when she and Johnny were actually HAPPY.

Dave Chappelle’s Attacker Remains Behind Bars

Comedian Dave Chappelle is okay after he was assaulted while performing on stage Monday night. Chappelle was performing at the ‘Netflix is a Joke Festival’ at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles when a man jumped on stage and lunged at him, hitting him in the torso before running off.

We now know the attacker's name is Isaiah Lee – and at last check, he’s still being held on 30-thousand-dollars bail on a charge of assault of a deadly weapon. Lee is a self-described rapper – and it’s still unclear as to why he attacked Chappelle. After all, he apparently released a song named for Chappelle.

Meantime, those who know Lee say he’s a hothead known for ‘blowout’ arguments. Former neighbor Russell Taylor tells the “New York Post” that he knows Lee as someone who could be “set off with a word.” “Whatever Chappelle was saying and he was not feeling,” Taylor muses. “You know the slap heard around the world? This is the kind of guy who would take action if you do something he did not like.”
