DIPLO RESPONDS TO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT CLAIMS
The Los Angeles city attorney’s office is looking at whether Diplo will be charged after a 25-year-old accused him of recording their sexual encounters and distributing the footage without her permission. She also says he knowingly gave her an STD. Well, now Diplo has responded to the report.
Diplo, who refers to his accuser only as SA, said in a statement on social media, “It was my goal to never address a stalker," but notes, "She was an obsessed fan of mine, and after I relinquished all contact with her, it appears that her only purpose in life has been to disrupt my work, my business, harass me and my close friends and attack me and threaten my family."
He adds, "To be clear, SA was not a minor when I had conversations or sexual intercourse with her…This girl was nothing but a scammer that coerced me into meeting her twice."
He does confirm he “had a night of consensual sex” with his accuser, and says that she then “became obsessed,” adding, “it began a nightmare of almost three years of her harassing and threatening me my family and my friends." He did admit to meeting up with her and some of her friends again in Las Vegas, and during an after party, we all ended up having sex that night.”
Finally, Diplo noted, “This is so frustrating and embarrassing. I am not this person and I won't be extorted by anyone no matter how stinging the press can be,” adding, “I will continue to do everything I can to end this in the most respectful way but I will not give in to lies and harassment."Check out the full post below:

A Political Candidate Is Trying to Mobilize Taylor Swift's Fans Against His Opponent
If you mess with Taylor Swift, she's got millions of fans who will swarm on you and Terry McAuliffe is trying to use that to his political gain. Terry is a Democrat running for governor of Virginia. His opponent is a Republican named Glenn Youngkin.
Glenn is the former CEO of the Carlyle Group . . . which backed the sale of Taylor's former label Big Machine Records to Scooter Braun. Well, we know how Taylor . . . and her fans . . . felt about that.
So McAuliffe is buying digital ads letting Swifties know that Youngkin, quote, "helped buy Taylor Swift's masters out from under her." They also include the hashtag, "WeStandWithTaylor". Youngkin's campaign called the ads desperate and pathetic.
