JUDGE DENIES REQUEST TO MOVE UP BRITNEY SPEARS HEARING

Britney Spears just got some bad news in court. A judge denied her attorney’s request to get her next conservatorship hearing moved up. The next court date is scheduled for September 29th, but her lawyer Mathew Rosengart, wanted it moved to late August.

The hearing is expected to deal with Rosengart’s request to get Britney’s father Jamie removed as her conservator. The judge also denied Rosengart’s request to immediately suspend Jamie. The lawyer argued that it needed to be earlier because “every day matters,” when it comes to removing Jamie, noting it’s taking a toll on Britney’s mental health, although the judge didn’t see enough proof that was true.

The judge did dismiss Rosengart's request without prejudice, which means he can submit his request again.

KELLY CLARKSON CAN'T SELL MONTANA PROPERTY BECAUSE EX WANTS TO BE A RANCHER?

Kelly Clarkson’s divorce from Brandon Blackstock continues to get messy. As I told you, Kelly was recently ordered to pay him over $200,000 a month in spousal and child support, and now a report reveals she’s being forced to keep a costly home because of him.

“US Weekly” reports that legal docs in the case show Kelly wanted to sell their Montana property because it was a “financial burden,” but Brandon has been fighting her on it. The docs note that he wants to keep the property because he plans to become a full-time rancher. The docs show that he really isn’t managing artists anymore, and only has one client, Blake Shelton, and he spends “minimal time” on his career.

According to the legal filings,  when the couple separated Blackstock made the “very deliberate choice to change his life and become a rancher full-time,” adding, “He testified that he is not devoting any effort toward expanding his client list and music management business.”

The upkeep on the ranch is steep, about $81,000 a month, but the docs show that Brandon said he will pay for it. Should he stop doing so, Kelly can make another request to sell the property.

LIL NAS X IS GOING BACK TO "COWBOY ERA" AFTER HE RELEASES NEXT ALBUM

Are you ready for "Old Town Road" 2.0? Lil Nas X said once he drops his next album he will be done with his, quote, "gay era" and return to his, quote, "cowboy era".

I think it's safe to assume by "era", he's referring to the subject matter of his music. So a "cowboy era" like"Old Town Road" and "Rodeo" would have less sexually charged content than his more recent hits "Montero" and "Industry Baby".

Either way, I'm sure any era will bring more hits.
