BRITNEY'S LEGAL TEAM MOVES TO REMOVE HER DAD NOW!
Britney Spears' laywer Mathew Rosengart is making moves in trying to remove Jamie Spears from being Britney's conservator. "E! News" obtained court documents on Thursday, August 5 that showed Rosengart filed an application to move up the September 29 hearing date regarding the petition to remove her father as conservator of the estate.
In the documents, Rosengart claimed, "Every day that passes is another day of avoidable harm and prejudice to Ms. Spears and the Estate. Ms. Spears' emotional health and well-being, must be, and are, the paramount concern. Further, all interested parties forcefully agree that Mr. Spears' continued presence as Conservator of the Estate is contrary to Ms. Spears' best interests, health and well-being, and that his prompt removal—or, at the very least, his immediate suspension—is ‘critical' at this juncture."
Her legal team also wrote that "the time has come for Mr. Spears' reign to end." "E! News" did reach out to Jamie's legal team, but has not heard back yet for a comment.

SHARK TANK "SHARK" RESCUED A FAMILY ON A LAKE
If you're stranded on a lake, it would be nice to be saved by a celebrity. But honestly, in the moment, it would just be nice to be saved PERIOD.
On Tuesday, a family was out on Lake Joseph in Ontario, Canada when their aluminum boat ran out of gas and they were stranded. Even worse, the sun was setting. So they started yelling for help, and flailing their arms.
There was a jet ski in the distance, and the driver spotted them. Coincidentally, it turned out to be ROBERT HERJAVEC from"Shark Tank". At first, he thought they were just RABID FANS . . . but then he realized they were in trouble. He immediately drove over, and towed their boat back to the shore.
Robert posted a video on Instagram, and said, quote, "Did my good deed for the day!" The dad and his three kids were thrilled . . . and they thanked Robert for "not hesitating" to help them out.

A "STRANGER THINGS" SPIN-OFF COULD BE IN THE FUTURE
The executive producer of"Stranger Things", Shawn Levy, revealed in an interview that the end for the series is "in sight."
He didn't say when exactly . . . but Season Four is done, and it hasn't been mentioned as a final season. There's no word when Season Four will hit Netflix, however Shawn said we can expect an announcement soon.
But don't worry, there is a possibility the "Stranger Things" universe could continue to live on since it's such a huge property for Netflix.
Shawn said, quote, "What's been made clear is there is an interest and a real voracious appetite for any offshoot of the franchise, the characters, the mythology . . . certainly those conversations are hardly evolved, but they're also not non-existent."
