VANESSA BRYANT TO SETTLE LAWSUIT OVER KOBE'S HELICOPTER CRASH
Vanessa Bryant has agreed to settle a lawsuit against the pilot and owners of the helicopter that crashed last year, killingKobe Bryant, their daughter,Gianna, and seven others. The settlement would end the negligence and wrongful death lawsuit I told you about. To review, it was filed against the estate of the pilot, Ara George Zobayan, and Island Express, the owner and operator of the helicopter.
Kobe’s widow, their daughters, and relatives of other victims filed a settlement agreement notice with a federal judge in Los Angeles yesterday. The terms of the confidential deal weren't disclosed. If the court approves, the settlement would end a negligence and wrongful death lawsuit filed against the estate of the pilot and the owner and operator of the helicopter that crashed into a hillside on January of last year.
The others killed were Orange Coast College baseball coachJohn Altobelli, his wife,Keri, and their daughterAlyssa;Christina Mauser, who helped Bryant coach his daughter’s basketball team; andSarah Chesterand her daughterPayton. Alyssa and Payton were Gianna’s teammates.

BEN ZOBRIST ACCUSES PASTOR OF AFFAIR WITH HIS WIFE
Ex-MLB star Ben Zobrist is taking a swing at his pastor Byron Yawn. The two-time World Series champion has filed a lawsuit in Nashville, Tennessee accusing Yawn of having an affair with his wife of 15 years Julianna Zobrist.
Byron was the couple’s trusted “spiritual mentor” during their pre-marital counseling in 2005, and marriage counseling in 2013. Yawn started speaking to Julianna “daily” in 2018, and by 2019 they allegedly started meeting for sex and continued until 2020.
Zobrist is seeking a total of $6-million in compensatory and punitive damages, claiming Yawn “exploited” the counseling he was providing the couple to continue an affair with Julianna – for example, by encouraging Zobrist to “give his wife some space.” Plus, Yawn was acting as Executive Director of Zobrist’s Patriot Forward Charity organization, which Zobrist claims Yawn also used as an “excuse” to meet with Julianna.

CHRIS BROWN ACCUSED OF BATTERY
Police are investigating battery claims against Chris Brown.
Over the weekend, cops were called to his San Fernando Valley home and a woman claimed Breezy hit her so hard it knocked her weave out. Both Brown and the woman told police their side of things.
No injuries were reported. This is the second time the police have been to the home recently. One was last month, again, for a domestic dispute.
There’s been no comment from Brown’s team\.

COURT DOCS SHOW BRITNEY SPEARS HAS BEEN FIGHTING FOR YEARS TO END CONSERVATORSHIP
Britney Spears is scheduled to speak at her conservatorship hearing later today, and a new report reveals just how much she's hated being under her father Jamie's control.
A report in the "The New York Times" reveals that previously sealed documents in Brit's conservator case show that Brit has wanted the conservatorship to end for a very long time. According to an investigator in 2016 Brit said she “sick of being taken advantage of” and felt she was “the one working and earning her money but everyone around her is on her payroll.”
Brit told the court her dad Jamie was "obsessed" with controling her and she wanted him out. The investigator reported, "She articulated she feels the conservatorship has become an oppressive and controlling tool against her."
